telephoned problem response time was about 40 minutes. chris listened to the problem and guided me through the process to solve the problem. Excellent service thank you

Andy installed the dual screen card, switched off the hibernation mode and resolved some loss of data re internet favourites and email contact details that had occurred when my new machine was installed. Done very quickly - no problems.

We have had ongoing issues for months with our service provider who we evntually had to change. This resulted in almost daily contact with Multisolutions. Their support team must have the patience of saints, because they stopped me from losing my sanity. I couldnt manage without their speedy support and would wholeheartedly reccommend them to anyone.
